  • NOTEBY J.Longino: Collecting in recent (< 1week) treefall. A large dead snag fell, bringing a large Bauhinia vine tangle down. Strays, throughout treefall, about 1.5 hrs collecting. Pachy villosa nesting in large chunk of dead wood, looked like it was part of snag near top. Leptothorax were abundant, in columns throughout (not scattered or sparse like echinatinodis)
