Locality Notes: On Sendero “La Toma”, just east of Rancho Grande field station, in Parque Nacional Henri Pittier. GPS reading (from 12 Aug 2008): N 10°20.941' W 67°40.947'. Collections made between this point and N 10°21.091' W 67°40.962', yielding mean coordinates of N 10°21.016' W 67°40.954'. Extent: ± 140 m (estimated retrospectively using Google Earth). Specimen label uses more approximate coordinates: 10°20.9'N 67°40.9'W.
