Crematogaster sordidula var. madecassa Emery, 1895g PDF: 342 (w.q.) MADAGASCAR. Malagasy. Primary type information: Type-material: lectotype worker (by designation of Blaimer, 2012b PDF: 49). Type-locality: Madagascar: Diego Suarez [-12.26670, 49.28330], 1893 (Ch. Alluaud). Type-depository: MSNG. Type-specimen: CASENT0102054 (lectotype).
