Found most commonly in these habitats: 1 times found in oak-pine-juniper woodland, 1 times found in Chihuahua pine, emory oak, juniper forest 30-40' tall on flat just S. stat., 1 times found in chihuahua pine-emory oak-juniper forest, 30-40' tall on flat just S. Station, 1 times found in Emory,Silverleaf&Gray Oak/Juniper/Chihuahua Pine wdlnd, 1 times found in Juniper/Pinyon/Emory&Gray Oak wdlnd, 1 times found in mixed creek valley forest.

Found most commonly in these microhabitats: 1 times ground nest, 1 times <1” pine litter, 6” crater, partial shade, sparse grass, fine sand with rocks, 1 times 6” crater in open on small, grassy powerline. fine sandy soil., 1 times under rock in course sandy soil, 1 times 4 diam. crater in bare soil in open.
