Type-locality: Ethiopia (“Südabessinien”): (no further data) (A. Ilg). Type-depository: MHNG. Type notes: The lectotype proposed by Sharaf et al., 2016a 10.5852/ejt.2016.246 PDF: 9, with the data Eritrea: Ghinda, iii.1906 (Escherich), is invalid and must be set aside as it is not from the original type-series (wrong locality, collection date too late, wrong collector).
