Primary type information: Type-material: lectotype worker (by designation of Johnson, 2015 10.11646/zootaxa.4029.1.1 PDF: 98). Type-locality: lectotype Colombia: Magdalena, Ciénaga (A. Forel). Type-depositories: NHMW. Type-specimen: lectotype CASENT0173358. Secondary type information: Paratype-material: 9 paralectotype workers, 1 paralectotype male. Type-locality: same as for lectotype.
