Myrmicaria arnoldi Santschi, 1925c PDF: 159 (w.q.m.) ZIMBABWE. Afrotropic. Primary type information: Type-material: syntype workers (number not stated), 1 syntype queen, 1 syntype male. Type-localities: Zimbabwe (“S Rhodesia”): Bembesi, Plumtree, and Bulawayo (G. Arnold). Type-depositories: SAMC (possibly also in NHMB). Type notes: This taxon is based on Myrmicaria striata Stitz, 1911, sensu Arnold, 1916 PDF: 267, misidentification. AntCat AntWiki HOL
