Distribution Notes:

Baltic and Saxonian amber; middle Eocene to Late Oligocene (23-42 Ma).

Neotype MZ PAN 20891 and other material in Museum Ziemi, Polish Academy of Sciences, Warsaw, Poland; other material available in Museum fur Naturkunde Berlin, Germany; in Geowissenschaftlicher Zentrum Georg-August Universitat Gottingen, Germany; in Senckenberg Museum und Forshungsinstitut (coll. Wunderlich), Frankfurt, Germany.

Taxonomic Notes:

Dlussky, 2011: 20, figs. 1, 2, 3, 8, 9 (w.q.); senior synonymy with *punctulatus not confirmed.
