Biology:

Especie invasiva, domina grandes espacios, abundante durante el Fenómeno del Niño en 1982 y épocas lluviosas, presente en zonas urbanas , áreas del Parque Nacional. Desplaza comunidades nativas y endémicas de invertebrados.
