Mexico (Chiapas).

Biology:

Occurs in lowland rainforest; known from a single nest collection; nest in fresh branch fall/vine tangle, in small dead knot. Nest contained adult queens and males.

Identification:

11-segmented antenna; yellow; short scapes; small; keys to wilda; differs in small petiolar node, lack of rugae on face and mesosomal dorsum, deeper metanotal groove, smaller spines.
