[Note: in both Cagniant, 1996B, and Cagniant, 1996C PDF, the name ruber/rubra is referred to Forel, 1894. There is no ruber/rubra in any of Forel's publications of that year, only a "variété rouge", which does not constitute a formal taxonomic name. Corrected to ruber Emery: Cagniant, 2006 PDF: 194.].
